I torsdags, den 8/12, samlades Kårfullmäktige igen för årets sista FUM-möte. Nedan följer en kort sammanfattning från mötet. Fullständigt protokoll laddas upp på: malmostudenter.se/vad-gor-karen/dokument/
Delegation till SFS-FUM
Det årliga FUM mötet för vår nationella organisation SFS (Sveriges Förenade Studentkårer) hålls i Linköping nästa termin. Under detta möte kommer ca 300 deltagare som representerar studentkårer runt om i Sverige, och viktiga beslut fattas angående vad SFS och medlemskårerna kommer arbeta med det kommande verksamhetsåret. Studentkåren Malmö har 9 platser till SFS-FUM och under fredagens FUM-möte bestämdes hur vår delegation se ut för att bli så representativ som möjligt.
Valberedning
Nästa termin är det dags för Kårval igen, och studentkåren måste rekrytera en valberedning som intervjuar kandidater och nominerar en styrelse för nästa verksamhetsår. Under Fullmäktigemötet valdes Oscar Hydén som FUM representant i valberedningen. Platserna som fortfarande är vakanta är föreningsrepresentant, tidigare styrelsemedlem samt extern representant.
Presentation från SFS Medlemsmöte
Jenny Börjeson och Borislava Koycheva var på det senaste SFS medlemsmötet och gav nu FUM en presentation om vilka viktiga ämnen som diskuterades samt höll i en övning om internationalisering inom högre utbildning.
Presentation från Genusdagen
Jenny Börjeson och Pontus Källström talade under konferensen Genusdagen som hölls på Malmö högskola. Under FUM gav de en presentation om vilka ämnen de tagit upp och diskuterat under konferensen.

SFSFUM Delegation
Our national organisation, SFS, is holding their yearly FUM meeting in Linköping next semester. In this meeting, around 300 representatives from all member Unions in Sweden attend, and important decisions are made on what SFS and the Unions will work in for the academic year. The Student Union Malmö has 9 spots for this event, and during our FUM meeting we decided how our delegation should be shaped, so we can be as representative as possible.
Nomination Committee
As our elections will be taking place next semester, the Student Union needs to recruit a Nomination Committee to hold the interviews and make the nominations for the board of the next academic year. During our FUM meeting we elected Oscar Hydén as the FUM representative that will be part of the Nomination Committee. The positions that are still vacant in the committee are for an association representative, an old board member, and an external.
SFS Members Meeting Presentation
Jenny Börjeson and Borislava Koycheva attended the last members meeting of SFS. During our FUM meeting, they gave FUM a presentation of all the important topics that were talked about, and even had a fun exercise about internationalisation in higher education!
Gender Day Presentation
Jenny Börjeson and Pontus Källström were speakers at a conference held in Malmö University called ‘Genusdag’. During FUM, they gave us a presentation about the topics that they brought up and talked about in the conference, and about the different reactions and conversations that there was about it.
