Study evenings for criminology students at HS
The Criminology Section (KriM) is organizing study evenings for all students at the Department of Criminology. Wednesday January 8 and January 22. Folkets kök with Fenix
Folkets Kök is a free, welcoming kitchen run by volunteers using donations and surplus food. It tackles food waste and the cost-of-living crisis, while creating a safe space in Malmö to hang out, enjoy live music, and share delicious, sustainable meals. Come connect with the local community and support student life!

The Union Days
On 21-23 of January, we’re opening the doors to the Union Days – days filled with both excitement and opportunities. Between 10:00 and 14:00 you can come by, hang out with us and discover what the Union has to offer.
Curious about how you can become part of the exciting world of the Union? We have the answers! Whether you want to make a difference or just make new friends, this is your chance to get all the info you need. Plus, you’ll get to meet us – and we’re pretty awesome if we do say so ourselves.

Candidate to the Union Council – Union Election 2025
Do you want to make a difference and have an impact on the Union and the University? Do you want to make your and your fellow students’ study time as good as possible? Then we need you! Between January 27 and February 16, you can candidate in the Union Elections and for the Union Council (FUM). Being a candidate is a great opportunity for you to make a difference and influence both the Union and the University. You’ll create a network of contacts and it will look great on your CV.

Get ready for “sittning”
On January 31, the Student Union Malmö together with Festmesteriet invites you to a fun-filled sittning full of laughter, singing and good atmosphere. To secure your spot at this sitting, you need to buy a ticket. You can do this between January 14 and 27 at the Student Union’s reception at Neptunigatan 20.
Get engaged in the Union
Getting involved in the Student Union is not only fun and a great way to meet new friends, it also gives you important experience for your future career. There are a variety of things to get involved in within the Student Union, so there’s definitely something that you’ll enjoy being a part of. How about joining one of our many student associations or a section specific to your program? If there’s nothing of interest, you can always start something yourself.
